Since the initiation of the YES program in 2018 we have implemented YES for 54 clients successfully, with a 100% track record.
Through YES our clients gain 1 or 2 levels on the B-BBEE scorecard by providing quality work experience to unemployed youth for a 12 month period.
We achieve this through an employed or hosted approach that benefits both the company and the youth involved, thus improving the socio economic position of South Africa as a whole.
